“Scythian Monks” in the 6th Century
We do not think about a full exposure of the circumstances when the intervention of the Daco-Roman or “Scythian Monks” occurred in the Christological debate at the beginning of the 6th Century and of the many problems that are still deficiently clarified regarding the people and how their intervention occurred.
We shall provide just an overall outline of these circumstances and brief presentation of their struggle to impose their dogmatic formula.
